Colleagues Facilities Attendant
Job Description
Regularly inspects Colleagues Complex and other colleague facilities to ensure they are compliant with established standards.
Report and resolve any maintenance issues in coordination with the building maintenance team and keep the HR Department informed about same.
Assist in coordinating for monthly pest control in accommodation and hotel locker rooms.
Make careful use of heavy and safety equipment and adhere to all safety measures while using them.
Clean assigned areas in the colleague Housing in accordance with established cleaning methods and techniques and prepare rooms for new joiners to enhance arrival experience.
Maintain inventory of welcome kit, housing furniture and replenish the required items in timely manner as per the process.
Coordinate and assist in monthly accommodation visits with HODs.
Perform any other task as required to support the department operations.

التنسيق والمساعدة في زيارات الإقامة الشهرية مع رؤساء الأقسام.
أداء أي مهمة أخرى كما هو مطلوب لدعم عمليات القسم.
