Digital Marketing Lead – Motorola MEA
Would you like to lead digital marketing for one of the most iconic brands in the world? If so, we have just the role for you! We are looking for a rockstar digital marketer to join our fast growing business as our Digital Marketing Manager – Motorola, one of the most well recognized brand in the smartphone industry.
As a part of the Motorola MEA Marketing Team, you will own the consumer digital journey & experience across the various touch points - social, digital, website & CRM.
Your role is to revamp & uplift the current digital foot print to deliver an outstanding & distinctive digital experience for our consumers. You will report to MEA Marketing Director & be based out of Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & leadership
Lead the MEA digital marketing strategy, planning & execution across all touch points
Voice of MEA on various global / regional marketing forums
Collaboration with country teams to reflect their priorities on the digital plans
Social & Digital
Lead agencies in planning digital marketing campaigns to support brand communication, new product launches and co-marketing initiatives
Content calendar management across various markets & handles
Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
Content Strategy
Create scroll stopping content to drive visibility, talkability and scale
Liaise with global & regional digital teams to manage / localize global social assets based the brands communication themes
Lead influencer mapping, relationship management & content creation for the region
Ensure customer-first, creativity, consistency across touch points
Website & CRM
Actively manage the websites content & optimize experience across the region
Lead generation, lead nurture & user acquisition campaigns on CRM
Collaborate with regional team to support e-commerce planning & operations
Reporting & analytics
Analyze and produce performance reports of all our digital and social marketing touch points
Website performance marketing reporting – SEO, Google Analytics
Set up weekly/monthly meetings with the agencies, global and local marketing teams: drive priorities, understand their activities and identify key learnings/use cases
Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
Continuous improvement & ideation
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Monitor Competitor activities & best practice benchmarking to identify new opportunities
