We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, who possesses successful experience in promoting components for Oil-Submersible Pumps and Oil-Submersible cables, and a proven track record of sales achievements in the Middle East and Africa.
About the Role:
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type of Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities:
Customer acquisition; managing customer relationships, leading customer negotiations
Developing and sustaining long-term account development strategies with high value regional existing and potential customers with strong potential for repeat business achieve
Conclusion of contracts and sales execution
Establishing sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume, forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region
Conducting effective B2B negotiations at different levels
Managing after-sales activities and follow up with customers
Proactively finding opportunities for business growth
Conducting market research to identify new potential customers and customer needs
Qualifications:
A proven self-driven, conscientious, goal oriented senior sales executive with an extensive regional network, ideally with previous experience with Electric Submersible Pumps units and Oil-Submersible cable sales and distribution in MENA.
Technical knowledge of the sector and the ability to navigate the assortment
Proven track record of sales achievements
Ability to prospect and acquire new customers
