YOUR EXPERIENCE AND
SKILLS INCLUDE:
• Minimum 2 years experience Managing all operations in a retail environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with spa and/or massage therapy industries preferred
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The Assistant Spa & Recreation Manager is responsible for the daily operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes.
Ensure Implements, monitors and enforces workplace safety standards. Leads by example to encourage a safe work environment.
Assists with orientation, training, performance evaluation and disciplinary
action for store staff. To assist Management in increasing the Spa's
profitability Administrative Management.
